ROLFING: by appointment only.
A Rolfing series traditionally consists of 10 sessions spaced from 1-3 weeks apart. Allow two hours for your initial Rolfing session; subsequent sessions are approximately 75 minutes.
For those of you looking for an introduction to Rolfing to find out if it may be right for you, just try a single session.
For those of you looking for specific injury or chronic pain
relief I recommend starting a 3 Series.
In short, Rolfing can be flexible outside of the traditional
10 Series. Give me a call and we can talk about your individual
situation..

CANCELLATION POLICY
